Q: How come I only received part of my order?

A: Occasionally our products are shipped from different fulfillment centers and may come in separate packages. You should have received separate shipping confirmation emails if this is the case.  If you have any questions, please reach out to us at hello@bangtanbums.com

 

Q: What if the product I received is damaged? 

A:  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hello@bangtanbums.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Q: How do I return my order?

A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please reach out to us at hello@bangtanbums.com to start a return. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for face masks, sale items and on international orders. 

Products must be returned within 30 days after receiving your item, and must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging). 

To start a return, email us at hello@bangtanbums.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Bangtan Bum's discretion. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Q: What if I want to exchange an item?

A. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
